The 2019 Annual Golf Outing fundraiser to support Coach Sam’s Inner Circle Foundation was a swinging success! It was a beautiful day filled with great golf, an auction, raffle prizes, fantastic food, and not a cloud in the sky. To all of the Stonewater Golf Club staff, donors, volunteers, and golfers who participated – we thank you!
Coach Sam’s Inner Circle Foundation is an after school program that serves at-risk children through promoting literacy, personal development, and health & fitness. Due to the tireless efforts of the staff and volunteers and financial gifts from donors, the foundation is well on their way to becoming a premier literacy program. Starting with 2 schools in 2009, they have now expanded their reach to 8 schools and expect to reach 10 in the upcoming year.
As Coach Sam said at this year’s event, “Kids don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. Thank you for helping us show hundreds of children in the Cleveland Metropolitan City School District just how much we care. Hope to see everyone again next year!
